Introduction

We, TurkReno Incorporated (“TurkReno.com”, “TurkReno” or “TurkReno Incorporated”), are committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you (hereafter known as “Client”, “you” or phrases like “your” or “Client information”). By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We have authored this Privacy Policy so you, our clients and visitors, know what information is gathered as you browse our Network, during an you order placed with us for service and why we gather such information.

We may collect information directly from you, when you write to us, telephone us, email us, or visit our Internet website. This will usually include your name, business details, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address for the purpose of assessing your needs and the qualifications to meet the requirements to use our products and services.

Uses

  • We use information about you to help us respond to your inquiries, provide you with the services, or supply various products.
  • We use information about you to help us to identify other products and services that might be beneficial to you, and to inform you about them and other items of interest.
  • We use information about you to help us with our internal accounting and administration, and to protect you and us from fraud.
  • We do not share any personally identifiable information about you with anyone, other than as may be required by law, or as needed by us to assist in managing our relationship with you with an authorized TurkReno Partner or third-party. At no point is any of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) directly accessible by anyone but the TurkReno staff.

Your Choices

You may opt-out of receiving promotional material from us. It is not, however, a general practice for TurkReno to solicit business without being contacted by you, your organization or any affiliated entity. If you are a current client, you may access the personal information we hold about you and correct any errors by logging into the TurkReno Client Center. If you are not a client, your sole remedy to cease use of our Network and clear your browser cache. We reserve the right to keep a record of your traffic, method of use and time of visit on our Network for network improvements, legal requirements to comply with Law Enforcement requests and internal security audits. If we deem your behavior to be risky, we reserve the right to block you from our entire Network without limitation.

Orders

We request information from you on our online order form, or occasionally by telephone request while speaking with you directly, that subject to data entry using an encrypted modern browser backed by a current Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. This information is received by a network that passes PCI DSS Requirements as of the time of this Privacy Policy update. We are not responsible for, nor will we defend, your actions if you fail to comply with any security measure we or impose on our relationship with you during the Ordering process. The security measures are not available for disclosure to the general public nor any third-party outside of TurkReno unless we have a legally binding relationship with that party to provide such information.

When placing an order, you must provide your correct contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to satisfy the requirements of any orders you place with us. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you or another authorized representative of your organization.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a device such as a hard drive or flash memory through the use of a browser or an application that connects to a Network. This cookie may contain information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on any of our sites. Once the user clears the cache or history of their device’s browser, the cookie simply terminates. For example, by setting a cookie on our site, a user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they should be able to continue to use our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Network.

Logs

We use IP addresses to analyze network and popular trends, administrate the sites we manage, track user’s movement throughout our network, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We use these same log files to generate usage reports for our own as well as Client sites. IP addresses are not directly linked to personally identifiable information unless you have registered as a Client or have revealed your IP address to a third-party TurkReno legally access and privilege to be privy to. At no point shall TurkReno be responsible to disclose who those third-parties shall be as it could be considered Trade Secret to the Corporation.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that TurkReno is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Site as other sites should have their own Privacy Policy.

Surveys or Contests

From time-to-time our Network requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age). Contact information will be used to notify the selected participants. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Site and Service Updates/Announcements

We also send Clients site and service announcement updates. Clients are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements which contain important information about their service so long as they have an active and paid account. We communicate with you to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail or telephone and at our sole discretion.

Changes/Updates to Personal information

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code, address), or if you no longer desire our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data provided to us given it does not carry a balance forward. This can usually be done at the TurkReno Client Center, by e-mailing abuse@turkreno.com and sending us updates via actual postal mail at the address listed on our Contact Page.

Opt-Out choice for third party services

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties, such as social networks such as Facebook or Twitter and search engines like Google or the Microsoft Network. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits TurkReno customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding TurkReno’s disclosure within the immediately preceding calendar year of that California resident’s personal information to third parties and in some cases affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us through the information provided below. Any such inquiry must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the email address.

Notification for Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Privacy Policy page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail if we have their e-mail on record. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Legal Concerns

By using our network, this Privacy Policy is also presented to you in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

This entire Policy shall survive the termination of any Agreement.
